Um Heumilch zu produzieren, m\u00fcssen sich die K\u00fche haupts\u00e4chlich von frischem Gras, Bergheu und Kr\u00e4utern ern\u00e4hren. Aus diesem Grund lassen unsere Mitglieder, die die K\u00fche nach traditionellen alpinen Methoden aufziehen, sie von Mai bis September auf den Bergwiesen weiden. Im Winter werden die K\u00fche mit demselben Bergwiesenheu gef\u00fcttert, das im Sommer gesammelt und getrocknet wurde.<\/p>\n
